LONG DISTANCE CALL: TAILORING OUTFIT

L O N G  D I S T A N C E  C A L L

So I have been abandoned ship for a little while but with good reason! Second year of uni is almost done and I have spent many late nights finishing and adjusting my second semester tailoring outfit. Here are some of the photos from the shoot we took last weekend in the city and I cannot be more pleased with how the shots turned out. I think it's really easy for students to run a muck in the city for their photoshoots, but not have any real back drop or theme to their photoshoot which can sometimes look really tacky and detract from their garment, which I what I tried to avoid (or I hope and like to think so.) From the start I had already envisioned the photoshoot and for me this was a really integral part in the design of the garment. The storyboard in my mind was very clear from day one and I more than anything wanted to get the photo shoot just right. Certainly none of this would have been possible without my beautiful model Claudia and stylist Khoa Nguyen, certainly making a perfect match in cat-filled heaven.

Honestly cannot thank them enough for taking time out of their days to help a poor and stressed uni student out ^_^

Here are some of the preparation pictures just because of I love moodboards :3
